Prices:The price includes bed and breakfast accommodation inclusive of VAT.We accept the following forms of payment:cash, debit cards, credit cards.
Once you have confirmed your reservation at Lyndale Guest House (by phone/email/letter) the agreement becomes a legal contract. The first night's accommodation charge will be taken on the credit/debit card used to secure the booking, plus 2/3rds of the rest of the stay if we are unable to resell the room.
Cancellation on the day or non arrival the full amount due will be charged.
Insurance â€“ We highly recommend all guests have holiday insurance:Please note we offer accommodation as booked, ensure your own insurance covers your cancellation charges.
Arrival& Departure:Check in is between16:30 hrs and 18:30 hrs unless otherwise arranged. Check out is 10:00 am and your bill for the accommodation and any extras or services taken during your stay is payable on departure.
Damages and Breakages:
Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge of if you did not report this.
No Smoking:All public areas and guests rooms are strictly non-smoking. Should you have found to be smoking in your bedroom a charge of Â£50 will be made to your credit card to cover the extra cleaning of furnishings , fabrics and loss of revenue.
Pets:Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement only and are permitted in the property. The only place dogs are not allowed is in the Dining Room
Liability:We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Data:Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer but not shared with other parties. We look forward to welcoming you to Lyndale Guest House.
Accidental damage must be reported. Faults & failure of appliances must be reported and we will endeavour to repair or replace the item as soon as possible. It is too late to report a fault after your holiday.
